Context: an inter-network seminar on access to healthcare

As part of its mission to coordinate local healthcare professionals, the CPTS Centre Essonne (a French local healthcare coordination network) organised a one-day seminar dedicated to access to healthcare across the territory. The event brought together several networks from the department, encouraging professionals to exchange around shared challenges and the concrete solutions that could improve patient care.

Punctuated by several round tables and discussion sessions, the day allowed speakers to share their field experience, their initiatives and their outlook. To keep a record of these discussions and highlight the collective momentum between the networks, the organisers wanted full coverage of the event.

Our work: video coverage and event photography

Eklepsis provided complete audiovisual coverage of the seminar. Our team filmed the three round tables, preserving a faithful record of the talks and the exchanges between the participants.

Alongside this coverage, we conducted several interviews with participants and organisers to gather their feedback and shed light on the issues raised during the day. These testimonies brought a more human, personal perspective to the questions of access to healthcare.

A photography assignment ran in parallel to document the day's highlights and provide the organisers with a varied set of communication materials. Together, these deliverables form a resource that both informs and showcases the networks engaged in this collaborative effort.
