Horizon Maroc - Au Cœur du Partage NGO

Context: the documentary "Horizon Maroc" for the Au Cœur du Partage charity

The charity Au Cœur du Partage carried out one of its most ambitious humanitarian projects to date: "Horizon Maroc". This solidarity mission, completed in 2023, built a school in a remote region of Morocco, with two classrooms and sanitary facilities for up to 54 pupils. A borehole was also drilled to provide drinking water for the school and the surrounding homes, and 564 fruit trees were planted for local farming families.

For the charity, documenting the whole project was essential: the stages of construction, the human commitment on the ground, the exchanges with local residents, and the palpable emotion of a dream taking shape. That is the spirit in which Horizon Maroc was born; a documentary that is both the record of a concrete commitment and the story of ten days of solidarity lived from the inside.

Our work: directing and producing a humanitarian documentary

Eklepsis accompanied the charity throughout this adventure, handling the documentary's entire production: two camera operators on site for ten days, full immersion in the project, and careful editing to convey the full strength of the journey. Our approach was to capture not only the concrete work being done, but also the emotions, the encounters, and the volunteers' sincere commitment.

The result: an authentic, deeply human film, designed as an invitation to walk in the charity's footsteps, to understand the impact of its work, and to feel the richness of what was shared on the ground. "Horizon Maroc" is much more than a documentary: it is a living testimony to a project that is transforming a territory and its people for the long term.
